Object of regulation (as the Chamber states it): Proiectul de lege are ca obiect de reglementare modificarea anexei nr.6 la Ordonanța de ugență a Guvernului nr.196/2005. Potrivit expunerii de motive, se propune modificarea anexei nr.6, în sensul eliminării anilor 2018-2020 și instituirii obiectivelor anuale și după această perioadă, în vederea atingerii nivelului de pregătire pentru reutilizarea și reciclarea deșeurilor municipale de minim 55% din greutate și pentru coroborarea actelor normative în domeniu. Administrația Fondului pentru Mediu este instituția abilitată să colecteze și să gestioneze sumele provenite din diferența dintre cantitatea corespunzătoare obiectivului anual și cantitatea efectiv încredințată spre reciclare și alte forme de valorificare.

Articol unic.- unic. – Se aprobă Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr.136 nr. 136 din 28 decembrie 2021 pentru modificarea anexei nr.6 nr. 6 la Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr.196/2005 privind: nr. 196/2005 privind Fondul pentru mediu, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr.1241 nr. 1241 din 29 decembrie 2021. 2 Acest proiect de lege a fost adoptat de Senat, Camera Deputaților în ședința din 14 februarie 2022, 11 octombrie 2023, cu respectarea prevederilor articolului art. 76 alineatul alin.
