Object of regulation (as the Chamber states it): Propunerea legislativă are ca obiect de reglementare completarea Legii nr. 227/2015, în sensul introducerii unei obligații explicite în sarcina autorităților administrației publice locale de a fundamenta, în mod obiectiv și verificabil, orice majorare a impozitelor și taxelor locale care depășește rata anuală a inflației comunicată de Institutul Național de Statistică.
