Parlamentul Romaniei adoptă prezenta lege,

CAPITOLUL I

Dispozitii generale

Art.1 . - (1) Prezenta lege stabilește cadrul legal pentru instituirea unei scheme de

ajutor de stat, denumită în continuarea schemă, având ca obiectiv acordarea de despăgubiri producătorilor agricoli afectați de fenomene meteorologic nefavorabile.

(2) Prezenta schemă respectă prevederile din cadrul secțiunii 1.2.1.2, cap. 1, partea

II din Orientările Uniunii Europene privind ajutoarele de stat în sectoarele agricol si forestier și în zonele rurale pentru perioada 2014-2020 (2014/C 204/01), denumite în continuare
