I, nr. 933 din 13 octombrie 2004, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, după alineatul (3) se introduce un nou alineat, alin.(4), cu următorul cuprins:

„(4) Fac excepție de la prevederile alin.(2) obiectivele de investiție care servesc activităților agricole prevăzute la art.92 alin.(2) lit.c) și e) și alin.(3) din

Legea fondului funciar nr.18/1991, republicată, cu modificările și completările
