Articol unic. — La articolul 4 din Legea serviciului de iluminat public nr. 230/2006, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea |, nr. 517 din 15 iunie 2006, după alineatul

(7) se initroduce un nou alineat, alineatul (8) cu următorul cuprins:

„(8) Unitățile administrativ-teritoriale au dreptul de a monta echipamente electronice de supraveghere video, cât și comporientele de transmisie ale echipamentului,
