privind cooperarea judiciară dintre România și Curtea Penală Internațională

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege. .

Art. 1

Domeniul de aplicare

(1) Prezenta lege reglementează cooperarea judiciară dintre România și

Curtea Penală Internațională, instituită prin Statutul Curții Penale Internaționale adoptat la Roma la 17 iulie 1998, ratificat de România prin Legea nr. 111/2002, denumit în continuare Statut și stabilește autoritățile responsabile pentru cooperare.

(2) Cooperarea dintre România si Curtea Penală Internațională se desfășoară în conformitate cu dispozițiile art. 86 din Statut.

(3) Prezenta lege reglementează procedurile care să permită realizarea oricărei forme de cooperare judiciară cu Curtea Penală Internațional
