privind desființarea Academiei Oamenilor de Știință din Romania

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:

Art.1. - Academia Oamenilor de Știință din Romania, reorganizată prin Legea nr.

31/2007, cu modificările ulterioare, se desființează.

Art.2 - (1) Patrimoniul Academiei Oamenilor de Știință din Romania, reprezentând

drepturile, obligațiile, contractele, acordurile și litigiile instituției, bunurile mobile, inclusiv arhiva, precum și bunurile aflate în administrarea sau, după caz, în proprietatea acestuia, se preia prin protocol de predare-preluare de către Academia Română.

(2) Protocolul de predare-preluare prevăzut la alin. (1) se încheie în termen de

30 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei legi, între Academia
