privind interdicția cu caracter temporar a scoaterii din țară a unor produse provenite din activități agricole și de exploatare forestieră din România

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege

Art. 1.

(1) Se interzice scoaterea din țară, în scop comercial, a cerealelor și plantelor oleaginoase, precum și a produselor rezultate din prelucrarea acestora, până la până la noua recoltă, din anul 2020.

(2) Prin excepție de la dispozițiile alin. (1), produsele menționate pot fi tranzacționate la export sau comerț intracomunitar în afara teritoriului României, pe baza unui certificat de comercializare externă, pentru cantitățile care depășesc necesarul de consum intern stabilit prin balanța pe produs.
