Capitolul I

Dispoziții generale

Art. 1. Domeniul de reglementare

(1) Prezenta lege constituie cadrul general în materia protecției persoanelor care raportează încălcări ale legii, care s-au produs sau care sunt susceptibile să se producă, în cadrul autorităților, instituțiilor publice, altor persoane juridice de drept public, precum și în cadrul persoanelor juridice de drept privat.

(2) Prezenta lege reglementează procedura de primire, de examinare și soluționare a raportărilor, drepturile și obligațiile persoanelor care efectuează raportări sau divulgă public informații privind încălcări ale legii, măsurile de protecție a acestora, obligaț
