pentru modificarea și completarea Legii nr.120/2006 a monumentelor de for public

Art. L. - Legea monumentelor de for public nr. 120/2006, publicată în

Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea 1, nr. 403 din 10 mai 2006, se modifică și se completează după cum urmează:

1. La articolul 2, după alineatul (2) se introduce un nou alineat, cu următorul cuprins:

„(3) Pot face parte din categoria lucrărilor de artă plastică monumentală de for public, în condițiile prezentei legi, și următoarele categorii de lucrări:

a) plăci sau alte lucrări comemorative;

b) fântâni;

c) mobilier urban de dimesiuni monumentale cu caracter decorativ;

d) sculpturi monumentale rezultate în urma organizării de tabere de
