privind modificarea și completarea Legii nr. 76/2002 privind sistemul asigurărilor pentru șomaj și stimularea ocupării forței de muncă

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art, I Legea 76/2002 privind sistemul asigurărilor pentru șomaj și stimularea ocupării forței de muncă, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 103 din 6 februarie 2002, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică și se completează după cum urmează:

1. Prin derogare de la prevederile lit. a) alin. 1 al art. 34 din Legea 76/2002 privind sistemul asigurărilor pentru șomaj și stimularea ocupării forței de muncă, pentru somerii care dețin calificări în profesiunile specifice activităților hoteliere și de turism prevăzute la art. 25 d
