Legea nr.21/1991 a cetățeniei române, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României,

Partea I, nr.576 din data de i3 august 2010, cu modificările și completările ulterioare se completează după cum urmează:

La alineatul (1) al articolului 8, după litera a) se introduce o literă nouă, litera a), având următorul cuprins:

” a)! este căsătorită și convietuieste în străinătate cu un cetățean român, de cel puțin 10 ani de la data căsătoriei”.
