pentru aprobarea plafoanelor unor indicatori specificați în cadrul fiscal-

bugetar pe anul 2023

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:

Art.1. — Prezenta lege aprobă plafoanele unor indicatori specificați în cadrul

fiscal-bugetar, potrivit dispozițiilor art.26 alin.(2) și 29 alin.(l) din Legea

Art.2. - (1) Plafonul soldului bugetului general consolidat, exprimat ca procent

în produsul intern brut, este în anul 2023 de minus 4,40%, iar în anul 2024 de minus

2,95%.

(2) Plafonul cheltuielilor de personal ale bugetului general consolidat, exprimat

ca procent în produsul intern brut, este de 8,2 % în anul 2023 și de 7,9 % în anul 2024.
