LEGE privind reglementarea modalității de raportare a stocurilor la produsele agricole

Art. 1. - (1) Prezenta lege stabilește modalitatea de raportare a stocurilor la produsele

agricole de către producătorii agricoli, depozitarii și procesatorii la nivel național, denumiți în continuare agenți economici din sectorul agroalimentar.

(2) Produsele agricole pentru care agenții economici din sectorul agroalimentar au obligația furnizării de date statistice de evidență a stocurilor se stabilesc prin ordin emis de Ministerul

Agriculturii și Dezvoltării Rurale, din lista produselor agricole prevăzute în Anexa I la Tratatul privind funcționarea Uniunii Europene.
