LEGE privind instituirea unei scheme de ajutor de stat

pentru producătorii agricoli de legume — fructe și cartofi

Art. 1. Prezenta lege instituie o schemă de âjutor de stat cu caracter temporar pentru

susținerea activităților de sortare, ambalare, etichetare și transport pentru producătorii de legume

— fructe și cartofi, denumită în continuare Schemă.

Art. 2. Schema se aplică cu respectarea prevederilor cuprinse în Orientările Uniunii

Europene privind ajutoarele de stat în sectoarele agricol și forestier și în zonele rurale pentru perioada 2023 — 2027 și va'intra în vigoare de la data aprobării de către Comisia Europeană.

Art. 3. Schema se aplică pe întreg teritoriul României.
