pentru modificarea și completarea Ordonanței Guvernului nr.27/2011 privind transporturile rutiere

Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Art.l. — Ordonanța Guvernului nr. 27/2011 privind transporturile rutiere, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al

României, Partea |, nr. 625 din 2 septembrie 2011, se modifică și se completează, după cum urmează:

1. La articolul 3, după punctul 5 se introduce un nou punct, punctul 5! cu următorul cuprins:

"51. autorizație de transport persoane național - document pe baza căruia operatorul de transport rutier are dreptul să efectueze operațiuni de transport rutier național contra cost de persoane prin servicii regulate interjudetene sau servicii regulate speciale interjudetene, pe un anumit traseu. ”
