pentru instituirea anului 2023 ca "Anul luliu Maniu”

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:

Art, 1. - Se instituie anul 2023 ca "Anul Iuliu Maniu” pentru celebrarea vieții, personalității și martiriului marelui om politic luliu Maniu împotriva instalării

comunismului în România.

Art. 2. - (1) Cu prilejul sărbătoririi „Anului luliu Maniu” se organizează evenimente

educaționale, politice, diplomatice sau culturale dedicate contribuției fostului prim-

ministru la unitatea, modernizarea și democratizarea României.

(2) Parlamentul, Administrația Prezidențială, Guvernul, autoritățile administrației publice centrale și locale, precum și instituțiile publice aflate în subordinea sau coordonarea acestora, Societatea Română de Televiziu
