Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. 1. - (1) Se înființează, fără parcurgerea procedurilor de acreditare,

Universitatea Națională de Știință și Tehnologie Politehnica București, denumită în continuare Politehnica București, ca instituție de învățământ superior, persoană juridică de drept public, parte a sistemului național de învățământ superior, pe baza fuziunii prin comasare a Universității Politehnica din București cu Universitatea din

Pitești.

(2) Sediul principal al Politehnica București este în municipiul București, bd.

Splaiul Independenței, nr. 313, sector 6, cod poștal 060042.

(3) În cadrul Politehnica București funcțio
