LEGEA privind integrarea hidrogenului

din surse regenerabile și cu emisii reduse de carbon

în sectoarele industriei și al transporturilor

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art.]. — Prezenta lege are drept scop adoptarea unor măsuri pentru furnizorii de combustibili și pentru consumatorii industriali de hidrogen, în vederea integrării hidrogenului din surse regenerabile și cu emisii reduse de carbon în sectoarele industriei și al transporturilor.

Art. 2. — În sensul prezentei legi, termenii si expresiile de mai jos au următoarele
