CAMERA DEPUTAȚILOR SENATUL

LEGE

privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanțe

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art.1. - În temeiul art. 115 alin. (1) din Constituția României, republicată, Guvernul

este abilitat ca, de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei legi, dar nu înainte de încheierea . primei sesiuni ordinare a anului 2023, și până la reluarea lucrărilor Parlamentului în cea de a doua sesiune ordinară a anului 2023, să emită ordonanțe în domenii care nu fac obiectul

legilor organice, după cum urmează:

I. FINANȚE ȘI ECONOMIE:

1. rectificarea bugetului de stat pe anul 2023;

2. rectificarea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2023;

3. reglementarea unor măsuri fiscal-bugetare;

4. modificarea art. III și IV din Legea nr.191/2011 pe
