Camera Deputaților adoptă prezentul proiect de lege.

Art. 1. — (1) Prin derogare de la prevederile art. 16 alin. (1) și ale

art. 17 alin. (2) din Legea muzeelor și a colecțiilor publice nr. 311/2003, republicată, se înființează Muzeului Național de Istorie si Cultură a

Romilor din România, denumit în continuare Muzeul, instituție publică de importanță națională, cu personalitate juridică, aflată în subordinea

Agenției Naționale pentru Romi.

! (2) Organizarea și acreditarea Muzeului se supun prevederilor

Legii muzeelor și a colecțiilor publice nr. 311/2003, republicată,

Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr. 189/2008 privind managementu
