pentru modificarea și completarea Legii educației fizice și sportului nr. 69/2000

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. I. Legea nr. 69/2000 a educației fizice și sportului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al

României, Partea I, nr. 200 din 9 mai 2000, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică

și se completează după cum urmează:

1. La articolul 29, după alineatul 3 se introduc trei noi alineate, alin. 4, 5 și 6, care vor avea următorul cuprins:

(4) Cluburile sportive de drept public au obligația de a comunica anual, prin publicare în pagina de internet proprie, sursele financiare, bugetul și bilanțul contabil și execuția bugetară anuală, în termen de cel mult 150 zile de la încheierea exercițiului financi
