Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. I - Legea nr. 329/2003 privind exercitarea profesiei de detectiv particular,

republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 178 din 12 martie 2014, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică și se completează după cum

urmează:

1. La articolul 2, alineatul (3) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:
