privind acțiunile în reprezentare pentru protecția intereselor colective ale

consumatorilor

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:

Art, 1, - (1) Prezenta lege stabilește cadrul legal privind desfășurarea acțiunilor în reprezentare pentru protecția intereselor colective ale consumatorilor în scopul asigurării unui nivel ridicat de protecție al acestora și al unei bune functiondri a pieței interne a Uniunii

Europene.

(2) Prezenta lege urmărește îmbunătățirea accesului consumatorilor la justiție și oferă

totodată garanții adecvate consumatorilor.

(3) Prezenta lege asigură mecanismul procedural care permite entităților calificate să introducă acțiuni în reprezentare în scopul obținerii atât a măsurilor de încetare, cât și a
