pentru modificarea Legii nr. 84/1998 privind mărcile și indicațiile geografice, a Legii nr. 129/1992 privind protecția desenelor și modelelor și a Legii nr. 64/1991 privind brevetele de invenție

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. T - La articolul 3 din Legea nr. 84/1998 privind privind mărcile și indicațiile geografice, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 856 din 18 septembrie 2020, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, litera j) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:

„Î) mandatar autorizat - persoana care exercită profesia de avocat sau de consilier în proprietate industrială și care poate reprezenta o parte interesată în procedurile în fața OSIM, denumit în continuare mandatar, ”
