CAMERA DEPUTAȚILOR SENATUL

LEGE

pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative în domeniul străinilor

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. I. - Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 194/2002 privind regimul străinilor

în România, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 421 din S iunie

2008, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică și se completează după cum

urmează:

1. La articolul 6 alineatul (1), litera h) se modifică și va avea următorul

cuprins:

„h) nu prezintă pericol pentru apărarea și securitatea națională, ordinea si

sănătatea publică.”

„(4) Declarațiile prevăzute la alin. (1) se fac în termen de 10 zile, iar cele prevăzute la alin. (3), în termen de 48 de ore.
