Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:

Articol unic — LEGEA nr. 215 din 22 decembrie 1997 privind Casa Socială a

Constructorilor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, nr. 372 din data de 22

decembrie 1997, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează:

La articolul 16 se introduce un nou alineat, alin. (3) cu următorul cuprins:

(3) Sumele de bani prevăzute la alin. (1) constituie și sursa de finanțare a

fondului pentru formarea profesională continuă, prevăzut la art. 4, alin. (1), lit. c).

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea

prevederilor art. 75 și ale art. 76 a
