pentru modificarea art. 3 lit. a) din Legea nr. 273/2004 privind procedura adoptiei

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:

ARTICOL UNIC - La articolul 3 din Legea nr. 273 din 21 iunie 2004 privind

procedura adoptiei, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 739 din 23 septembrie 2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, litera a) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:

"a) cetățenilor români sau cetățenilor români cu multiplă cetățenie, după caz, care au domiciliul în România, care au locuit efectiv și continuu pe teritoriul

României în ultimele 6 luni anterioare depunerii cererii de atestare; la stabilirea continuității nu sunt considerate întreruperi absentele temporare care nu depășesc 3 luni, abse
