pentru modificarea art. 30 din Legea nr. 51/1995 pentru organizarea și exercitarea profesiei de avocat si art. 451 din Legea nr. 134/2010 privind Codul de procedură civilă

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. 1, - Articolul 30 din Legea nr. 51/1995 pentru organizarea și exercitarea

profesiei de avocat, republicată în Monitorul Oficial, Partea I nr. 440 din 24 mai

2018, se modifică după cum urmează:

“Art. 30. -

(1) Pentru activitatea sa profesională avocatul are dreptul la onorariu și la acoperirea tuturor cheltuielilor făcute în interesul procesual al clientului său. În fața instanței, onorariul contractat între avocat și client este prezumat ca fiind unul corect în raport cu valoarea sau complexitatea cauzei ori cu acti
