Articolul I: Legea nr. 272/2004 privind protectia si promovarea drepturilor copilului, republicata

in Monitorul Oficial, Partea I, nr. 159 din 5 martie 2014, se modifica si se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:

1. La art. 2, alin. (6), litera c) se modifica si va avea urmatorul continut:

c) istoricul copilului, având în vedere, în mod special, situațiile de abuz, neglijare, exploatare, instrainare parinteasca sau orice altă formă de violență asupra copilului, precum și potentialele situații de risc care pot interveni în viitor;

2. La art. 4, dupa litera g), se introduc trei noi litere h-j, a
