Articol unic: Legea nr. 272/2004 privind protecția și promovarea drepturilor copilului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, Nr. 159 din 5 martie 2014, se modifică si se completează după cum urmează:

1. Articolul 9 se completează cu un nou alineat 2!, care va avea următorul conținut:

(21) Mamele minore, care au împlinit vârsta de 16 ani, au dreptul să decidă cu privire la copilul lor, putând să semneze orice document cu caracter medical și social ce are legătură cu îngriirea, creșterea și dezvoltarea acestuia.

2. Articolul 48 se completea
