privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanțe

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art.1. - În temeiul art. 115 alin. (1) din Constituția României, republicată, Guvernul

este abilitat ca, de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei legi, dar nu înainte de încheierea

primei sesiuni ordinare a anului 2024, și până la reluarea lucrărilor Parlamentului în cea de

a doua. sesiune ordinară a anului 2024, să emită ordonanțe în domenii care nu fac obiectul

legilor organice, după cum urmează:
