LEGEA ACVACULTURII

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:

Titlul I — Dispoziții generale

CAPITOLUL I - Scopul și obiectivele reglementării

Art. 1 - (1) Scopul prezentei legi este de a asigura competitivitatea activității de

acvacultură în contextul dezvoltării durabile și de a contribui la creșterea economică a spațiului rural.

(2) Prezenta lege reglementează cadrul juridic privind activitatea de acvacultură și de comercializare a produselor obținute din acvacultură, când aceste activități se realizează pe teritoriul României, inclusiv în apele marine de sub jurisdicția națională a României, prin:

a. organizarea și administrarea sectorului de acvacultură;

b. privatizarea societăților comerciale cu profil piscicol, a amenajărilor p
