pentru modificarea și completarea Legii nr. 31/1990 privind societățile
Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:
Articol unic.
Legea nr. 31/1990 privind societățile, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr.
1066 din 17 noiembrie 2004, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică și completează după cum urmează:
1.La articolul 77, după alineatul 2, se introduce un nou alineat, alineatul 21, care va avea următorul cuprins:
*(2)1 Activitățile adunării generale se pot desfășura în condițiile prevăzute de art. 1951, care se aplică în mod corespunzător.”
2. Articolul 90 se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:
"Art. 90
Dispozițiile art. 75, 76 alin. (1), art. 77, 79, 83, 84, 86, 87 și 1951 se vor aplic
