Articol unic, La art. 43 din Ordonanța de Guvern nr. 43/1997 privind regimul drumurilor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 221 din 29 august 1997, aprobată cu modificări și completări prin Legea nr. 82/1998, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se introduce un nou alineat, alin. (2), care va avea următorul cuprins:
