privind instituirea unor măsuri speciale pentru protecția obiectivelor militare

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. 1. — În scopul desfășurării în bune condiții a activităților care privesc asigurarea

securității naționale se instituie măsuri speciale în zonele cu regim de protecție specială a obiectivelor militare, cu excepția celor prevăzute de Legea nr. 73/2013 privind instituirea unor măsuri speciale pentru protecția obiectivelor militare care fac parte din

Sistemul de apărare împotriva rachetelor balistice.

Art. 2. — (1) În sensul prezentei legi, termenii și expresiile de mai jos au următoarele

semnificații:

a) obiectiv militar — imobilele și instalațiile, aflate în proprietatea/administrarea instituțiilor din sistemu
