pentru modificarea Legii nr.287/2009 privind Codul civil

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art, I. — Legea nr.287/2009 privind Codul civil, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al

României, Partea I, nr. 505 din 15 iulie 2011, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează:

1. Articolul 1837 se modifică și vor avea următorul cuprins:

„Durata arendării

Art.1837 — Durata arendării este de minimum 7 ani și se consideră a fi făcută pe

toată perioada necesară recoltării fructelor pe care bunul agricol urmează să Je producă.”

2. La articolul 1847, alineatul (2) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:
