privind instituirea zilei de 15 iunie ca Ziua Banatului Montan

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. 1. — (1) Se instituie ziua de 15 iunie ca Ziua Banatului

Montan.

(2) Sărbătorirea anuală a Zilei Banatului Montan poate fi marcată de autoritățile publice, autoritățile administrației publice centrale și locale, de instituțiile publice de cultură din țară și străinătate, precum și de organizațiile apartinând minorităților naționale, prin organizarea unor acțiuni și evenimente cu caracter cultural, educativ și artistic.
