Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege

Articol unic — Legea nr. 135/2010 privind Codul de procedură penală, publicată în

Monitorul Oficial al României, nr. 486 din 15 iulie 2010, se modifică și se completează după cum urmează:

1. Articolul 597 alineatul (2) se completează și va avea următorul cuprins:

„Articolul 597

Procedura la instanța de executare

(2) Condamnatul aflat în stare de detenție sau internat într-un centru educativ este adus la judecată numai când instanța dispune acest lucru.”
