Articol unic, — Legea nr. 46/2008 privind Codul Silvic, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României,

Partea I, nr. 611 din data de 12 august 2015, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează:

1. După articolul 16 se intorduce un nou articol, art. 16!, cu următorul cuprins:

Art. 16!

(1) Autoritatea publică centrală care răspunde de silvicultură realizează, operationalizeaza și gestionează sistemul informațional integrat de urmărire a materialelor lemnoase. Modul de funcționare se reglementează prin ordin emis de autoritatea publică central care răspunde de silvicultură.

(2) În caz de schimbare a oco
