Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta Lege

Art. 1. — (1) Se instituie ziua de 21 septembrie ca Ziua Munților Apuseni.

(2) Sărbatorirea anuală a Zilei Munților Apuseni poate fi marcată de autoritățile publice, autoritățile administrației publice centrale și locale, de instituțiile publice de cultură din țară și străinatate, precum și de organizațiile aparținând minorităților naționale, prin organizarea unor acțiuni și evenimente cu caracter cultural, educativ, artistic și de punere în valoare a potențialului local, prin organizarea de excursii tematice și prin activități de promovare a producătorilor locali din zona Munților Apuseni, în cadrul piețelor volante și a târg
