Pentru modificarea Legii nr. 287/2009 privind Codul civil

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege

Articol unic. — Legea nr. 287/2009 privind Codul civil, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, ar. 505 din 15 iulie 2011, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează:

1. La articolul 375, alineatul (2) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:

„„(2) Divorțul prin acordul soților poate fi constatat de notarul public și în cazul în care există copii minori născuți din căsătorie, din afara căsătoriei sau adoptați, dacă soții convin asupra locuinței copiilor după divorț, modalitatea de păstrare a legăturilor personale dintre părintele separat și fiecare dintre copii, precum și stabilirea contribuției
