Legea nr. 360/2002 privind Statutul polițistului

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. I. - Legea nr. 80/1995 privind statutul cadrelor

militare, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr.

155 din 20 iulie 1995, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează:

1. La articolul 91', alineatul 5 se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:

„Elevul/Studentul unei instituții de formare profesională inițială a Ministerului Afacerilor Interne sau care formează personal pentru nevoile Ministerului Afacerilor Interne sau cadrul militar din Ministerul Afacerilor Interne care refuză încheie
