Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege:

Articol unic - La art.14 alin (1) lit.d) din Legea 122/2023 privind exploatatiile de creștere a porcinelor și combaterea pestei porcine africane în România, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea

I, nr. 421 din 16 mai 2013, lit.d) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:

d) suma echivalentă pentru 12 litri combustibil/1.000 ha, lunar, pentru efectuarea patrulărilor în vederea depistării cadavrelor de mistreți.

Aceasta lege a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaților în ședința din ...
