Lege
privind instituirea unei scheme de ajutor de stat pentru apicultori
Parlamentul adoptă prezenta lege.
Art. 1.
- Prezenta lege instituie o schemă de ajutor de stat cu caracter temporar pentru susținerea
agricultorilor pentru perioada cuprinsă între anii 2026-2028 , denumită în continuare schemă.
Art. 2.
- Schema se aplică cu respectarea prevederilor cuprinse în Orientările Uniunii Europene
privind ajutoarele de stat în sectoarele agricol și forestier și în zonele rurale pentru perioada
2026-2029 și se va aplica după autorizarea de către Comisia Europeană a ajutorului de stat.
