privind impozitarea zero a industriei HoReCa

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:

Art.1

(1) Contribuabilii obligați la plata'impozitului specific unor activități, potrivit Legii nr.

170/2016 privind impozitul specific unor activități, precum și contribuabilii plătitori de impozit pe venit, sunt scutiți de la plata impozitelor pentru anii fiscali 2020, 2021 și 2022.

(2) Persoanele juridice prevăzute la Art. 1 alin (1), sunt scutite de ia plataimpozitelor pentru angajați pentru anii fiscali 2020, 2021 și 2022.

(3) Persoanele fizice, pentru veniturile realizate din salarii și asimilate salariilor, ca urmare a desfășurării activității pe bază de contract individual de muncă, cu persoane juridice române care desfășoară acti
