pentru modificarea și completarea Legii fondului funciar nr. 18 din 19 februarie 1991
Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:
Legea nr. 18 din 19 februarie 1991 privind fondul funciar, republicată în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1/05.01.1998 se completează și se modifică după
cum urmează:
1. După articolul 92 se introduce un nou aliniat:
(21) Se exceptează de la prevederile alineatului (1) construirea de elemente
de infrastructură fizică de comunicații electronice subterane sau supraterane.
2. La articolul 102, alineatul (1) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:
Elementele de infrastructură de telecomunicații, cele de transport și distribuire a energiei electrice, conductele de transport pentru alimentare
