Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articol unic. - Legea nr. 53/2003 - Codul muncii, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României,

Partea I, nr. 345 din 18 mai 2011, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică și se completează după cum urmează:

1. Articolul 231 se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:

(1) Prin conflicte de muncă se înțelege conflictele dintre salariați și angajatori privind interesele cu caracter economic, profesional sau social ori drepturile rezultate din desfășurarea raporturilor de muncă.

(2) Conflictul individual de muncă este conflictul de muncă ce are ca obiect exercitarea unor drepturi sau îndeplinirea unor obligații ca
