Capitolul I. Dispoziții generale

Art. 1. (1) Prezenta lege instituie cadrul juridic unitar pentru evidența,

administrarea, utilizarea și securitatea infrastructurii digitale publice a României, în scopul garantării interesului public și al consolidării încrederii cetățenilor în serviciile digitale publice.
