pentru modificarea și completarea Legii audiovizualului nr. 504/2002
Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege
Art. I - Legea audiovizualului nr. 504/2002, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României,
Partea I, nr. 534 din 22 iulie 2002, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică și se completează după cum urmează:
1. La articolul 1, punctul 29 se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:
„29. eveniment de importanță majoră - orice eveniment care poate prezenta interes pentru o parte importantă a publicului și care este prevăzut în prezenta lege la art. 21 alin. (3);"
2. La articolul 21, alineatele (2) și (3) se modifică și vor avea următorul cuprins:
